what are the climate reqirements for a 300 gram poly fill horse balnket???
i am looking for new winter rugs for my horses., i need to know if a 300 gram poly filll blanket can withstand michigan weather, i am talking sometimes -10 degrees +/- with wind chill. my horses are used to harsh conditions. one of them is from wyoming on a quarter horse ranch unblanketed all winter... the other horse.... traverse city...i don't know if she was ever blanketed there, but i know that she gets the heaviest winter coat i have ever seen!!!! i am not really worried about them, because i can always line the blankets, just wondering how much i would have to line them, or even at all...
